RE/MAX Malta recently announced that they will be hosting a career night, themed “60 minutes with RE/MAX” on the 29th of April 2015 at the Portomaso Suite, The Hilton Malta.
The career night has been designed to provide a sixty-minute talk to aspiring individuals interested in changing their career to become a real estate professionals. During the event guest speakers Michael Polzler, CEO of RE/MAX Europe and Virginia Munden, International Trainer will talk about why a real estate career is rewarding and with the necessary support such as real estate training, technology and mentoring they can also become successful in real estate.
Michael Polzler, has been working in the real estate industry for 25 years, initially starting off as an estate agent and moved up the ranks within the RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic region where he became the Regional Director and Vice President of the region before becoming the CEO of RE/MAX Europe. During his tenor with RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic he grew the business to over 350 offices and 8, 800 real estate agents. Today, he takes care of the management of over 1500 offices and 14, 000 estate agents from over 35 countries within the European region.
Virginia Munden started her real estate career when she was 16 years old. Since 1985, she built a profitable real estate business with her husband Wayne. Her team has been consistently been ranked in the top 100 teams at RE/MAX, receiving the Chairman’s Club Award over five times, the most prestigious real estate award within the RE/MAX ranks.
Both speakers together with experienced Maltese real estate professionals will talk about their personal experience based on the knowledge they have gained throughout their careers. RE/MAX Malta CEO, Kevin Buttigieg, who will be opening the event commented by saying, “Having both Michael and Virginia in Malta is an opportunity that should not be missed. Their experience in real estate should be an inspiration to anyone thinking of becoming a professional.”
During their stay in Malta Mr Polzler and Mrs Munden will be conducting a two-day training programme for the RE/MAX Malta associates. The training event, which is based on the overall strategy of RE/MAX Malta, will cover topics such as productivity, entrepreneurship and planning for success, customer service and knowledge of the market. The events will be held between the 29th and the 30th of April and is open to RE/MAX Agents only.
