A lot of people lack confidence when it comes to dating, we focus on our flaws and assume the opposite sex will too. Whilst women can apply make-up and false eye lashes, wear push up bras and slap the fake tan on to give themselves a confidence boost, what about the men?

The internet is swamped with forums and websites with questions like “do short men stand a chance?” and body (which included height) was found to be in the top five most common insecurities in men. Whilst women may deny that things like height matter, most will admit that confidence plays a big part in their first and lasting impressions of the men they meet, especially on a date where they like men to be gentlemen and take charge.

Yes, you could invest in some man heels or buy some dodgy drugs advertised in your spam email but a much simpler solution is available in the form of height increasing shoes! Height increasing shoes, or elevator shoes, are effectively a shoe insole that adds up to two inches to your height. They have an immediate effect unlike daily stretches that supposedly make you taller and are more affordable than other alternatives too.

Even some of the most well-known celebrities have been known to use shoe lifts from Robert Downey Jr to Tom Cruise because let’s face it, they can’t exactly walk down a red carpet with taller wives unless they want to be the subject of plenty of ridicule from the press!

The kits can be used in any everyday shoe from dress shoes to high tops so you would definitely get your wear out of them and people would never question why you looked a different height depending on the shoes you were wearing! Not only do they give you a height boost, but they can also give you a confidence boost. If you feel taller and therefore more attractive, you will ooze confidence which is a very attractive trait to women. So even if the woman you are on a date with says she doesn’t care about your height, your increased confidence will make a lasting impression.

Additionally, the lift kits can decrease pressure on your joints and relieve pressure on your spine leading to a better posture which not only is good for you in general but is great for events like job interviews where sitting confidently can be life changing.  Boring stuff aside, if you want to be on top of the latest fashion and you don’t have shoe lifts yet, you’re falling behind! If Tom Cruise is wearing them they must be fashionable!

Let’s say for example you’ve just seen a gorgeous girl at the bar who is about 5”7but you are 5”6, what do you do? You admire her, sigh, moan that she’s too tall for you and slump down in your chair unnoticed. With shoe lifts on the other hand, you walk over there with your new found confidence, knowing that you are the tall man she’s after and sweep her off her feet!

The only disappointment will be that you wish you’d bought them earlier!
