Interforce International is a licensed, bonded, and insured security guard and private investigations agency located in Toronto. We are also a registered training facility under the Ministry of Private Security and Investigative Services Branch to provide the 40 hour security guard training program and the 50 hour private investigator course for students who wish to get licensed in the Province of Ontario for employment purposes:
40 HOUR SECURITY GUARD COURSE:
Divided into 32 hours of on-line learning, 8 hours of in class learning. Students will be immersed with the following subjects:
Introduction to the Security Industry
The Private Security and Investigative Services Act and Ministry Code of Conduct
Basic Security Procedures
Report Writing
Health and Safety
Emergency Response Preparation
Canadian Legal System
Legal Authorities
Effective Communication
Sensitivity Training
Use of Force Theory
Emergency Level First Aid Certification
Course costs: $140 including emergency first aid and CPR. Installment payments are available.
50 HOUR PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR COURSE:
This is a 50 hour on-line course done at the comfort of your own home. No need to pay for expensive parking, commute through traffic, etc. All students will be immersed in the following subjects:
Introduction to the Private Investigation Industry
The Private Security and Investigative Services Act
Provincial and Federal Statutes
Criminal and Civil Law
Investigative techniques
Principles of Ethical Reasoning/Decision-making
Key Principles of Communication and Interaction
Self-Management Skills
Course costs: $199. Installment payments are available.
