My favorite way to take a vacation or travel to a new place is to build it around art.
Especially an art experience – where I get to write, paint, create, and be in the company of like-minded people who love creativity as much as I do.
In this vein, I also do a creative business retreat every year – getting together with another creative business owner friend (or several) and hashing out our visual business plans and ideas retreat style.

The Creative Entrepreneur Workshop is just like the creative business planning retreat I do for myself every year. You can use this framework to design and launch anything new: from a business to a book.
The Creative Entrepreneur method helps you, step-by-step, to launch a new product, start a new project, or design a program that people are hungry for.
In ways that that are fun, visual, and won’t have your head spinning with overwhelm.
You’ll come with a blank sketchbook and leave with a plan in place!
The two daylong workshops are designed to rejuvenate our creative spirits. When we take time out for our creativity, everything else is possible.
The way is made clear for whatever we want to make, heal, express, share, sell.

Each day we meet from 10 am – 4 pm.
Registration is open to just 10 people. More of an intimate circle than a big, impersonal workshop, which is how I like to work.
The daylong workshops are priced at $175, the weekend is $350 — and includes art materials, lunch and treats— so all you need to do is show up and enjoy yourself.

Attendance at the Dreaming on Paper LIVE workshop includes full registration in the online course, plus a copy of the Digital Edition, – which is just brimming with resources that you can continue to use after the workshop. This workshop meets a pre-requisite for my facilitator training program, too. 
If you want some optional 1:1 private coaching with me, I’ll make appointments available and you’ll get to sign up after you register.
If you can’t decide whether to go East or West, I should tell you that my fiancé will be cooking for us in Portland. He’s a lover of all things food / wine / coffee and and played a big part in making Mexico’s #1 restaurant number 1. After which he promptly left to start his own new cafe! Just like a creative entrepreneur would. He’s going to love turning the bounty of Portland’s amazing food into our noonday feasts.
The workshops are held at the private home / studios of creative women I respect and admire. Being in another artist’s space, rather than a hotel conference room, adds an extra dimension of lovely and amazing to our time together.
