This Kingston Maurward wedding Photofilm stands as a bit of a landmark production for me. To date, Its certainly the longest one that I have made.

The art of story telling

The art of telling a good story can never be dictated by imposing time limits. Within past productions I have tried to keep the length to between 6 and 8 minutes, keeping it snappy in order to maintain the attention of viewers.

On the whole, this is a good rule to work by, making sure I hone in on the key moments, polishing my editing skills whilst maintaining a high quality production.

Yet on occasions such as this, the rule book has to be thrown away. Here was a clear case of letting the speeches and the narrative take over, and giving the extra time. Time to create the setting, catch the moments and the after dinner speeches spinning yarns.

Kelly & Gavin’s day was gifted with an abundance of great ingredients, the warm people, the great weather, and a lovely location. Their Kingston Maurward Wedding was my first open air wedding of the season at the Grecian Temple, set amongst its lower lawns facing their beautiful lake as a backdrop.

If you are new to photofilms, take a few moments out and sit back and enjoy. This Kingston Maurward wedding Photofilm is a great presentation to serve as an introduction to the concept – I’m sure you will enjoy!!

Please let me know your thoughts, I would love to hear your comments.
