Hello Wonderful Link Community!

We are very excited to have begun our annual food drive to support the Mead Food Pantry.  Thank you to everyone who has supported this initiative.  The food drive will continue through Friday, February 5.  Please read the attached flyer for specific information regarding which items to bring.  As always, we are continually impressed with the generosity and kindness of the Link community.  Thanks for all you do!

Booking with the Cougars

Students have been working hard this month to complete their reading requirements so they can celebrate this Friday evening (Jan. 29) at the Conant High School basketball game.  Students received a flyer for free admission to the game.  The sophomore game begins at 6:00PM, and the varsity game begins at 7:30PM.  We look forward to seeing you all there!

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration will be held on Thursday, February 11 during the time slots of 9:00-11:00AM, 1:00-2:30PM and 6:00-8:00PM.  Feel free to stop by the office starting now to pick up kindergarten registration packets.  Also, please spread the word to your neighbors who may have incoming kindergarten students for the 2016-2017 school year.

Jump Rope for Heart

All Link students will have the opportunity to participate in Jump Rope for Heart during PE classes the last week of February.  Jump Rope for Heart is an activity that supports the American Heart Association and teaches students about the importance of living an active, healthy lifestyle.  The attached form is available for students to collect donations for the event.  Sponsors can donate online or send money with your child in an envelope by Friday, February 26th.  Link JRFH.pdf
