Then come the mouth-watering main dishes. Delicate cheese ravioli with browned butter sauce, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, and roasted pistachio nuts is delicious and satisfying. Black tiger shrimp over fresh linguine in a light spicy red sauce is tangy and delectable. You'll also have sautéed fresh wild salmon in a lemon, butter and caper sauce over cracked black pepper pappardelle with chunks of lobster meat. Wow!
