My weight is something I've struggled to get under control for years. The past few months however, have really made both Jer and I push ourselves harder to loose weight and become healthier. Exercise is obviously a big factor in weight loss, but just as important is a healthy meal replacement as well as hunger blockers.

IdealShape recently sent me a few of their products to try out, and I have to say, I was really excited to see how they worked for me! In my care package I received the following products:

I received the IdealShake in the vanilla flavor, and it was definitely true to taste! It was a very rich and delicious vanilla flavor that both I and Jer enjoyed. We used the Shaker Bottle provided by IdealShape, and it worked well, but this formula did seem a bit gritty.

I don't know how, but IdealShape pulled it off! These bars tasted incredible! The really do satisfy your sweet tooth, and I had no problem with these little bars replacing a whole meal for me. I usually ate them for lunch, and it was enough to hold me over until dinner-time.

My Thoughts:

I did lose weight with little other outside effort, and did notice a change in how my pants fit me, and how tight some of my shirts were around my waist.
