Gauhar Khan is an Indian actress, VJ and Model. She was the winner of popular reality TV show Bigg Boss Season 7. She gained popularity for her outstanding role in Ranbir Kapoor starrer, “Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year” in 2009. She has also done the first-ever Bollywood musical ‘Zangoora: The Gypsy Prince’ at Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon where she played the female lead opposite Hussain Kuwajerwala and Kashmira Irani. She was seen in the movies Fever and Fuddu.

Gauhar Khan was born on 23 August 1983 into a Muslim family in Pune, Maharashtra. She has completed her schooling from Mount Carmel Convent School, lullanagar, Pune. She has done a couple of television ads including Ford Ikon and Tanishq jewellery. She has also modeled for Manish Malhotra. Gauhar along with her sister Nigaar Khan appeared on a TV show “The Khan Sisters” which was Indian version of “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.
