This is regarding the mail that I got from Life cell saying the amount is pending after 4 years. I have already written to life cell earlier as well asking clarification why I was not told about any missed payment in year 2011 when payments were set for auto debit from my credit card account. After 5 years I am getting the suspension notice without explaining the reason for 4 year gap. I am being told the amount due without reason why the emi were missed when it was on auto debit on the active card.

It is difficult to get bank statement after 5 years for the card that was closed. So I am finding it extremely difficult to verify that any EMI was missed. I have the receipt issued by the executive attached.

This is bad experience with life cell where the communication is not proper, I have doubts on how reliable lifecell will be in case I need the use cord banking in future.

Please clarify on suspension part immediately. I have also requested for Online account details , to which I have been told it is not there for customers from 2011.
