The Raintree, St.Mary’s Road is all set to roll out its Sizzlers and Steaks festival from the 15th to 30th of August at its Above Sea Level restaurant. This two-weeklong festival will feature a one-of-a-kind delicious, sizzling spread for dinner to enjoy, especially during the chilled nights these days.



Chef Patel has taken inspiration from the classic dish and created a special steaks and sizzler menu featuring Mediterranean and Indian flavours served with a sizzle. Some of the delicious dishes that will be featured range from Grilled lemon thyme marinated half chicken with sautéed potatoes and grilled olive vegetable and creamy mushroom sauce, Herb butter grilled jumbo prawns with sweet corn cakes and lava grilled vegetables, Indian kebab sizzler which consists of tangri kebab, murgh banjara kebab and lamb seekh kebab, Sizzling refried bean and jalapeno quesadilla, chilli rellenos, mexican rice, sautéed peppers, spicy pico de gallo relish, sour cream and guacamole to scrumptious desserts such as the Sizzling rich chocolate walnut brownie with chocolate hazelnut sauce and pepper ice-cream and Sizzling gulab jamun, white chocolate and vanilla ice-cream.
