Since Aunt Jo brought it up again, I've been thinking about some strobe lights.
I only want them in the rear, and only for backing up, so I have been thinking of just adding some Whelen Vertex strobes and just pulling power from the existing reverse light circuit so they come on automatically. I had been thinking about pulling the trigger for a few weeks but just haven't yet. And now I see Joe has some radio static, there is no way I could deal with that, it would drive me nuts. If I wire in a set of Vertex's will I have that problem?
Also, I haven't kept up with lights... are there any other fully contained units I should look at that are similar to the Vertex? I would rather not deal with mounting a power supply somewhere.
I would also like to increase the reverse light output... any suggestions of a bulb upgrade? Has anyone ever used these?
