The Finance Application is also used as a customer identity statement. It is a requirement from Mr. Heuberger, the store’s owner. It is not required by law, but it is our company policy. With the growing amount of out-of-state deals we process, we take every precaution to verify the identity of our clients. The information contained in the finance application is not used solely for credit and financing purposes, but can be used to check for red flags on credit reports and in the OFAC system to identify and protect our clients and the company against fraud. Mr. Heuberger respectfully declines the business of anyone who won’t provide this information.
HEUBERGER POLICY
It is Heuberger Motors policy not to pre-install items without customer consent such as window etching, window tints, clear bras, pin stripes, protection packages and other such items to our vehicles. We do offer these items and they all have their merits. We just think it should be up to you, not the dealer, to decide what you need on your new car.
