Iggy Pop and Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme will release their collaborative album, Post Pop Depression, on March 18th (via Rekords Rekords/Loma Vista). A sort of spiritual sequel to Pop’s 1977 album with David Bowie, Lust for Life, the punk rock icon has said the album could be his last. Perhaps the latest single, “Sunday” is a hint to that. “This house/ Is as slick as a senator’s statement/ This job/ Is a masquerade of recreation,” he sings on the first verse. “Like a wreck/ I’m sinking fast.”
