A Sunny Day in Glasgow continue to flip dream-pop on its head with “Bye Bye Big Ocean (The End)”. The track, the latest off their forthcoming album, Sea When Absent, might just be as crazed as we’ve seen the collective — bright synths wildly flickering on and off, as drums stomp off in every direction. Think five tUnE-yArDs clones forming a band; it toes the fine line between too damn much and pretty damn fun. Tune in below.
Sea When Absent arrives on June 24th through Lefse Records. For more sounds, check out “Crushin’” and “In Love With Useless”. Also, peep the band’s new U.S. tour dates for July.
