Goats from Northport have been rejected by the City of Detroit, although their owner still hopes his effort to establish “urban farming” will catch on.

Northport summer resident and Idyll Farm owner Mark Spitznagel made headlines across the country over the weekend when he arranged to transport 20 goats to one of the most blighted neighborhoods of the Motor City.
