We know better by now than to ever call a Pemberley Digital series “complete”. Despite having ended their principle video runs, they are the gifts that keep on giving. This week has been busy with news of a possible book cover, new content teasers, and a blooper reel for Emma Approved and The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. Emma Woodhouse would most definitely approve.
First up is some news on the Lizzie Bennet Diaries front: We might have a cover for the long-awaited Lydia Bennet book! Whaaaat.
The listing for The Epic Adventures of Lydia Bennet on the Simon & Schuster website displays this cover image:
Mary Kate Wiles is looking totes adorbs as Lydia Bennet per usual. While we love the design and think it will make a nicely matching set with The Secret Diary of Lizzie Bennet, note that the site also disclaims, “Cover image is NOT final”.
Penned by The Lizzie Bennet Diaries web series writers Kate Rorick and Rachel Kiley (Rorick also co-wrote The Secret Diaries of Lizzie Bennet novel with Bernie Su), the book will pick up where Lizzie’s Secret Diary left off and focus on Lydia’s story. The release date is listed as September 29, 2015.
