The Villa Grove/Heritage boys basketball team was slated to open the Little Okaw Valley Conference Tournament on Tuesday night. The Hawks (10-10) are the fifth seed in the nine-team event, and VG/H was slated to play No. 4 Arcola at Arthur-Lovington High School.
