The movie is inspired from the real incident that took place in Karnal, Haryana in 2002. Randeep Hooda is playing blood smuggler in the film. Akshay Oberoi his friend who wants to marry Piaa Bajpai. However, lack of money pulls him down in the business of blood smuggling.
