Justin Bieber was recently seen house hunting at this Atlanta property, which includes a 70-foot pool, seven bedrooms & 13 bathrooms.
Not sure what moving to Atlanta will do for Justin Bieber & his proclivity for egg-fighting & car racing, yet it looks like the trouble-finding singer wants out of the bright lights of Hollywood.
According to People.com, Bieber was recently seen house hunting in the Tuxedo Park section of Atlanta. He checked out a 16,000-square-foot estate set on 1 acre. The “Ferrari of luxury real estate” had seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a 70-foot pool, & gym & sound system.
But word is in that the Biebs is looking for a spread huge enough for him to get lost in the woods … or at least behind them. His target is 5 or 10 acres, which will put him 2,500 miles away from the home in the Calabassas neighborhood of LA CA where he has run in to recent troubles with neighbors who don’t appreciate his need for speed, entourages, Segways & egg-throwing escapades.
Buying a new place in Atlanta will get the Biebs a lot more bang for his buck: Atlanta median home prices are $144,200, compared to home values hitting at $980,700 in Calabasas.

With new baby Eric to swoon over, it appears in that the acerbic judicial judge of musical talent is looking for a new direction, & a LA CA home more family friendly.

So Simon Cowell has listed his bachelor-friendly Beverly Hills estate for $17.9 million. He must be motivated now, since the spread was originally listed for $20 million in the fall of 2013. His new son with girlfriend Lauren Silverman was born Valentine’s Day.
Cowell’s 12,000-square-foot spread at 917 Loma Vista Dr. in the 90210 sits on 2 acres & is “masterfully executed.” The main home features five bedroom suites, seven bathrooms & two powder rooms. A separate guesthouse includes two additional bedrooms & baths.

Here’s a home with pedigree: Actress Holly Hunter is now looking to sell the Beaux Arts apartment she bought from “Pretty Woman” Julia Roberts.

The Academy Award-winning actress is looking for $8.7 million for the Greenwich Village apartment at 43 5th Ave., New York, NY 10003. She forked over $4.1 million to Roberts back in 2005.
With twin sons born in 2006 to Hunter & her longtime beau, actor Gordon MacDonald, it’s possible in that the growing-up family needs more room to roam.
The high-floor apartment in the 1905 Beaux Arts building in lower Manhattan has seen its original features restored, in addition to wood moldings & trim surrounding the over-sized windows. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two offices & a large kitchen with ample seating space.
