According to police, the guy is a suspect in an attempted murder. Officers state he ran in to a home near Russell Road & Eastern Avenue at around 2:30 p.m. Friday.

Russell Road between Eastern Ave. & Surrey St. is blocked off while police try to persuade the guy to come out.
