Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag are still trying to make Speidi relevancy happen. The infamous couple celebrated Pratt’s 30th birthday in Las Vegas NV over Labor Day weekend & the photographic proof isn’t pretty.
Montag took the possibility to jump out of a plastic cake, make a couple wardrobe / clothing changes & pose next to larger-than-life champagne bottles.
It doesn’t look like any of their former “Hills” friends co-stars showed up, yet at least they had each other … & a professional photographer.
