The two vehicles collided as a result of this allegedly negligent lane alter & the plaintiff suffered several severe injuries as a result of the crash. These injuries included harm in that was inflicted to her neck & to her upper extremities. These injuries required extensive & ongoing medical care & treatment in that led to several different forms of loss for the plaintiff in that included medical costs, lost income & pain & suffering.
