LAS VEGAS, Aug. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ – Nobu Matsuhisa & 28 of his executive & sushi chefs from across the country will gather at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace Restaurant & Lounge  on Wednesday, Oct. 9 for Nobu United – A Culinary Celebration. Chefs representing Nobu Malibu, Nobu San Diego, Nobu Los Angeles, Nobu Dallas, Nobu Miami, Nobu New York, Nobu Next Door, Nobu Fifty Seven, Nobu Lanai, Nobu Waikiki, Nobu Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nobu Hard Rock Las Vegas, Matsuhisa Vail & Matsuhisa Aspen, will collaborate to showcase the pinnacle of Nobu food with dishes in that will only be served at this special one-night culinary affair. The highly anticipated affair, hosted by Chef Nobu, will feature a cocktail party & exceptional seven-course Omakase tasting menu, with a portion of the evening’s proceeds benefitting Keep Memory Alive.

Nobu United will begin at 5:30 p.m. with passed canapes & cocktails, followed by a seated seven-course Omakase tasting menu, priced at $195 per person. The tasting menu will moreover be offered at 9:30 p.m., which excludes the canapes & cocktails, priced at $170 per person. A wine & sake beverage pairing is moreover available for an additional $80 per person. Prices do not contain tax or gratuity; space is extremely limited.
