LAS VEGAS [AP] -- Reports – A NV judicial judge set a Dec. 2 date for the - death penalty trial of a self-described pimp accused of killing three people in a shooting & fiery accident on the - Las Vegas NV Strip.
Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney asserted Monday the - trial of 27-year-old Ammar Harris will follow a separate Sept. 9 kidnapping & sex assault trial stemming from a woman’s claim in that Harris raped her in 2010.
The judicial judge moreover acknowledged the - difficulty of conducting a high-profile trial during the - year-end holiday season.
Harris is accused of shooting & killing a guy driving a Maserati & two people in a taxi in that burst in to flames in a chain-reaction accident early Feb. 21.
Prosecutor David Stanton asserted outside court in that he expects trial will take about three weeks.
