Temperatures might be dropping in Las Vegas but the Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas at Hard Rock Hotel on Paradise Road is heating things up again. Its new Smoke, Fire & Spice menu, inspired by the hottest ethnic flavors, will be available at this location only through Oct. 2.

Hard Rock’s new menu will take guests’ taste buds on a world tour including flavors from Africa, Asia and the Caribbean, showcasing sweet, spicy and savory choices. Harissa Chicken is a grilled chicken seasoned with a mix of dried chilies, coriander, ground caraway seeds and garlic, inspired by flavors from Morocco. Kalbi Shrimp includes grilled shrimp marinated in soy sauce, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and sesame seeds, this spice packs a sweet heat inspired by the flavors of Korea. Satay Beef is seasoned in a fresh peanut, garlic, chili, mirin and soy sauce mix, inspired by flavors from Malaysia and Thailand. Jamaican Jerk Pork is slow-cooked pulled pork marinated in a fiery mix of habanero peppers, ginger, thyme, green and yellow onions, black pepper, allspice and garlic, inspired by flavors from Jamaica.

Each entrée will be served on a sizzling skillet accompanied by fresh flatbread, marinated salad mix, grilled vegetables, mixed cheeses and complementary dipping sauces. Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas at Hard Rock Hotel will also offer jumbo wings tossed with choice of available Smoke, Fire & Spice flavors.

If more sweet is desired, decadent desserts include Fresh Apple Cobbler made with thick, juicy apples mixed with spices and baked until golden brown and served warm with vanilla ice cream, topped with walnuts and Ghirardelli caramel sauce. The Hot Fudge Brownie is made with Ben & Jerry’s vanilla ice cream and hot fudge on a fresh homemade brownie, topped with chopped walnuts, chocolate sprinkles, fresh whipped cream and a cherry.

The original Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas was built in 1990 in front of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on the corner of Paradise and Harmon. Featuring the classic Hard Rock design with the famous Center Bar, this legendary cafe is home to several coveted pieces of music history including Prince, Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra and many others. The single-story Las Vegas cafe features indoor dining with a VIP seating area, full bar and outdoor patio. There are 35 flat-screen TVs throughout the cafe with The Rock Shop for purchase of collectible merchandise.

Restaurant hours are 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to midnight Friday ad Saturday with breakfast times 8:30 to 11 a.m. daily.
