Construction and Design

MM Vision has managed to build a machine that both the outside and looks quite good. The lid of the screen is matte black rubber with Vision logo emblazoned while the rest of the machine is built in hard plastic. When you’re on the computer in your hand does it light, with its mere 2 kg, while quite solidly built. The corners of the screen is slightly rounded, which helps to impart Vision S4365 somewhat in design chic expression, compared to the traditional laptop. It has the appearance really delicious is the backlit keyboard, which biddrager the machine overall impression with the icing on the cake.

In terms of design, the Vision S4365 small and relatively thin. Actually quite impressive when you consider that you are sitting with the world’s fastest 13.3 “laptop in hand, and at the same time must be room for the very potent list of the latest hardware on the market.

Wrap appears machine reasonable streamlined with only 4 links indicators to the left, and 6-in-one card reader to the right of the machine.

Viewed from the front with the display open, I think there is quite a beautiful machine without major design deviations, yet with a unique expression that quality and speed.

Keyboard and Touchpad

The large backlit chiclet keys are really a pleasure to work on, and there is very little flex when pressed hard on the keys. The keyboard works very responsive, and there are fine spacing between the individual keys. It is due to the machine’s small size was not room for a full numpad, but this has no influence on the overall very positive impression. There is usually a “FN” button at the bottom left, which a lot of features including light and volume can be adjusted.

Previously, it was up to Vision X for backlit keyboard, but it’s a really cool feature that MM Vision already in their S-series has added a little extra nice to the user. In addition to looking impressive so biddrager it actually positively to an already good user experience of the machine, since using the machine in a dark room will be considerably easier and straightforward. Do not light the keys, so it is quite easy to turn off, or just stopping down for it via the “FN” key.

The touchpad is located at the bottom slightly to the left and is a pleasure to work with. It makes just nødagtigt what the user asks it. It is made of smooth material, but fingers do not slip, and it is neither responsive nor too small. The mouse buttons at the bottom also works just so there’s actually nothing wrong with it. It has, of course, normal zoom and scrol functions and I must say that I overall really happy with the functionality of the touchpad have them fix Vison S laptop.

Speakers

The speakers are located just below the screen and is really close to invisible. Previously we have here at Laptop World tested a Vision S-machine where the sound system from Onkyo delivered a questionable sound with high and shrill tones. Fortunately, it is not nearly as pronounced with the Vision S4365. Well, there is still little depth and bass, but at the same time the speakers in this machine play quite as loud, which is not noted as pronounced. It’s like a better balance in the overall sound. I’m actually quite happy with the performance sound card from Creative coupled with stereo speakers from Onkyo is able to produce. Both in film as in games, the Vision S a very good overall impression with fast speed and nice and fine sound.

Screen

The screen is a separate chapter with 13.3 “(33.8 cm) and the panel type 16:9 LED-backlit antiglare and has a max resolution of 1920 x 1080 Also Called Full HD. This is a quality panel with good rich color and plenty of brightness that can be easily controlled via the buttons at the top of the keyboard. The viewing angle is quite impressive and clearly better than the TFT screens. Moreover, because the matte surface, there is no gene kind of screen, and thus can be used even in brightly lit rooms and even in direct sunlight, which is an excellent feature when you are on the go.

To save power, the screen itself regulates the brightness down when running on battery power, but it can of course be adjusted again if the image is too dark to taste. It’s a pretty cool feature, as the battery uses a lot of resources to light up the screen. Text and pictures are extremely clear and it is a pleasure to use Vision S both work eg in Word as well as to watch movies and play games on the machine. The colors are neither too rich or too dull, but just the right contrast in conjunction with full HD resolution on such a small screen, which in my view is second to none. A great panel that delivers a delicious user experience.

Connectivity

Vision S delivers on this point. We consider below connectivity, the machine has on both sides.

On the right side there are three USB 3.0, HDMI & VGA and Gigabit Lan port. In addition, power in and lock slot.

On the left side there is just one USB 2.0 and microphone and headphone output. Likewise, there are quite a large air duct, as the potent graphics and powerful processor obviously need some ventilation.

The screen has the built-in 2 MP web cam and microphone.

In addition, the PC WiFi IEEE 802.11 a / b / g / n dual channel (2,4 / 5,0 GHz) wireless network. Bluetooth 4.0 can be purchased for just £ 100 and will of course be a good addition.

Performance

The benchmark is an excellent way to get an overall view of the machine’s capability when it is pressed. The so-called synthetic benchmarks are pushing the hardware with maximum light sources and many demanding operations in a row, while both RAM, CPU and GPU to play together in an optimal way in order to achieve a high score and thus a high overall performance. Of course it is important to use quality components in all parts of the laptop, or it could cause sleepiness in some parameters that will ultimately have a negative impact on the overall experience of daily use.

CPU

Vision S4365 driven in this case by a new Haswell Core I7 4702 MQ at a rate of 4 * 2.2 GHz and Intel’s incredible boost function of maximum 4 * 3.2GHz. Processor It is based on 22 nm technology, which means both low power consumption and low heat emission. The processor has a built Hyper threading mechanisms to create up to 8 per calculations. clock cycle, despite the fact that “only” 4 physical cores. There is a very capable processor, and everything you are doing on the PC is being run quickly and smoothly, not least because in the rest of the machine using high-quality components.

Let’s take a look at the speed of Intel’s 2013 model of Core I7 processor can implement

CPU Free Benchmark 2.2 & CPU Bench

Vision S completes test of just 19.37 seconds, which is nice, although slightly lower clock speed of the Core I7 4702 MQ processor compared to Core I7 4700MQ that runs at 2.4 GHz, costs approx. 1 second in the test. It makes not for the fact that there still is a very fast CPU, which would be sure to crush most tasks you throw at it with the greatest of ease. The test result shows very good though, the voltage of the processor actually has an impact on how the machine performs overall.

Hard Drive

Vision S 4365 has quite kapabel Intel SSD of 180 GB, which ensures that your applications and games downloads quickly and smoothly. There are faster SSD drives on the market, but Intel’s version of the SSD disk read by almost 400 MB / s and writes with great 216 MB / s, which is a big boost compared to a normal hard drive. It can always be discussed about 180 GB is enough storage space for both the operating system as to programs, but it is possible to add disk space with additional storage disk.

HD Tune Pro shows with all clarity that there are large fluctuations in performance and access time is quite fast 0.152 ms. It is always an increase in work on a computer where the waiting time is minimized as much as possible. SSD drives have gradually fallen so much in price, and the huge benefit you get from this type of disc can hardly justify having a regular mechanical hard drive to the operating system.

The graphics card

In the system there is obviously built quite excelled Intel HD 4600 graphics card, which is approx. twice as fast as the HD 4000 in Ivy Bridge architecture. It can easily play movies in full HD with this GPU. More important, however, that MM Vision has chosen to focus on the latest generation of Nvidia GeForce 765M GPU with a full 2 ??GB of GDDR5 RAM, so you as a user may well expect some juice and juice and lots of power. It will be possible to play the majority of newer games with high level of detail in 1080p without problems, requiring his computer and the system in general. The graphics card is built on the 28 NM architecture, so it will still be hot in use, but it’s only natural to 12.8 giga pixel graphics power under the hood.

3D Mark 11

With 4300 points handle the machine as expected in this very demanding test program.

Compared to the Vision S 4565, as previously described with a Core I7 4700MQ processor of 2.4 GHz lies Vision S 4365 just over 40 points below, which will certainly not be felt for daily use and still is a very nice score and show that is good with power in Vision S.

3DMark Vantage

In 3DMark Vantage scores the PC gathered 15,682, which is actually better than the faster Vision S 4565th The graph above also shows that the Vision S 4365 scores better than 58% of all systems that have been tested with 3D Mark Vantage, which is really impressive. In fact, the performance of what you can expect from a gaming laptop, which just with everything clearly emphasizes that the GPU & CPU in the Vision S is quite powerful and is sure to deliver a whole quite delicious and perfect user experience in games and graphics-intensive applications.

Games

As we have just a gaming laptop in his hands, we have now come to test peak, now that the time has come to discuss the performance of the game. There will test alone will be directed focus on medium, high and ultra since no one in doubt about whether Geforce GTX 765M can do great at low detail.

All games are tested at 1366 x 768, whereby the GPU delivers some pretty decent scores.

Saints Row IV

Metro Last Light

Grid 2

Although there is a quite powerful graphics card with 2GB of GDDR5 RAM, so, the above tests, none of the games actually playable with ultra settings. It stresses if nothing else, the latest game really requires a lot of hardware. It makes not for the fact that all the games are really beautiful with High settings, so it is not critical. It should be rather fads not to enjoy the smooth gameplay and many polygons on high. However, still a bit surprising that the newest games are so demanding at this stage, although the Vision S 4365 line-up with latest graphics processor for the contest.

Overall Performance

Windows experience index classifies a number of key components:

General classification of the PC’s key components reveals that it is actually only the GPU HD 4600, lagging slightly and scores relatively low. The rest of the components are performing very well and again it is seen that it is especially CPU, RAM and SSD is where it scores really well and where MM Vision has put crowns.

PC Mark 7

Here it shines through the case of the latest generation Haswell and the machine as a whole provides quite nice and actually nicely much faster than previous generations laptop processors. Very nice score of Vision S 4365 actually also in this test scores slightly better than its big brother in the Vision S 4565, although this particular machine has a slightly faster processor.

PC Mark Vantage

The picture is the same in PC Mark Vantage, the younger brother again run from big brother and delivers a real bloom score where it really shines through, that in this laptop is used the latest hardware and updated drivers.

Battery Life

Vision S4365 is equipped with a very powerful 6 cell Li-Ion battery that from MM Vision is stated to last between 4-6 hours.

In the Battery Eater kept the battery 2 hours and 54 minutes, which is also quite respectable when WIFI is on and at full screen brightness. This will be reduced automatically as the PC becomes more and more depleted, which is really smart.

Average daily use, the user can expect a battery life of approximately 3-4 hours with WiFi on and the screen at 60% of maximum brightness, which automatically put on when not using the charger and the machine is running on battery. Overall, it must be said that the battery in the Vision S4365 delivers very well, especially when the powerful GTX 765M running. During normal office use with eg Office package, there is plenty of juice for that machine will be your good partner when you did not have an electrical outlet nearby, and there are likely more than 4.5 to 5 hours usage before it’s time to find an outlet.

Conclusion:

The Vision S 4365 you get a really strong, compact and lightweight machine with strong and kapable specifications and a fine performance. The machine has an impressive and wonderfully delicious antiglare full HD 1080P display with incredible rich colors, fast Intel SSD, powerful and energy efficient Intel Haswell Core I 7 CPU and not least a  GPU Nvidia GTX 765M, as a very important component in a gaming laptop. The predicate is the world’s fastest 13.3″ laptop, one can certainly not argue mind the price tag of £ 7995, especially with a super backlit keyboard and in my view, nice sleek design.

The sound from your sound card and Creative Cinema Onkyo speakers is good and rich, but there is little depth and bass in the sound, which is actually my only glimmer of criticism of this otherwise complete and powerful laptop from MM Vision.

There is no doubt, you’ll be on top of the world’s most powerful 13.3″ full HD laptop, then Vision S 4365 with plenty of juice to run the latest applications and games fluently and quickly, and with quite impressive level of detail, be an excellent choice. It has been a real pleasure to be in the company of Vision S and the machine can warmly recommended to all who want both a relatively easy but not least profit-like machine that gets the job done with flying colors.
