Lane Powell Shareholder Neil Kimmelfield will present “Exploring New Markets Tax Credits in Oregon” at the 2013 Council of Development Finance Agencies (“CDFA”) Oregon Financing Roundtable Conference from 1 to 2:15 p.m. on November 12. The conference will take place at the World Trade Center in Portland, Ore. Oregon is one of just a handful of states to unveil a state New Markets Tax Credit program.
