Britain’s newest entrant into the property sales market has launched in Preston.

YOPA has recruited Emma Procter, who lives in Freckleton, to lead its push in the city.

YOPA says it plans to revolutionise the home-selling industry just as businesses like Uber and Airbnb have transformed their respective sectors.

The company has an army of local property managers, central property consultants and low-cost fixed prices. It is recruiting up to 20 experienced property experts to operate across the North West.

yopa.co.uk lists properties for sale on leading online property portals Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation is regularly saving its customers an average of £5,348 on estate agency fees by charging vendors a flat fee of just £780.

YOPA CEO Daniel Attia said: “We know that people across Preston want to get the best possible price for their property, are looking for a 24/7 estate agent with the latest technology and they’re fed up of being ripped off by excessive estate agent fees.

“Now vendors can spend the money we save them on something else – like a holiday, a new car or smart furniture for their new home.

“Our winning combination of local property managers and easy-to-use web property marketing platform frees our local experts to accurately value your property, create quality details and negotiate the best price for you.

“The days of the old-fashioned high street estate agent that closes at 5pm are firmly over. We can offer a slicker, faster, more efficient service with the customer at the heart of everything we do.”

Daniel added: “We want to revolutionise the estate agent industry with our disruptive technology in the same way companies like Uber and Airbnb are transforming the taxi and hotel industries.”
