Our Farmers Branch, TX client is seeking 2 Inbound Call Center Representatives on a contract to possible hire basis in the security industry. 

Position Summary:

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a good attitude to receive 80 – 100 calls per day assisting customers.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls regarding customer needs with a professional attitude

Input and maintain data into company database

Expediting of activities

Handle customer service complaints and monitor reasons/resolution

Other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of previous call center experience

Security industry experience HUGE PLUS

Professional attitude and phone etiquette required

Possess excellent customer service skills

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive personality

Strong problem solving skills

Must be a team player who is self-motivated and a dependable hard-worker

Strong computer skills including MS Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel
