Waukesha Janboree is a HUGE event that spans from Friday January 16th through Sunday January 18th in Waukesha. Try your hand at Ice Fishing, going on a Toboggan run, ride on a Horse Drawn Sled and so much more! The events are at various locations so please take note of times and locations of each event! This is an all ages, all humans, FREE event.
We are holding a birthday party for Waukesha JanBoree’s 30th that is inspired by Caine’s Arcade and the Cardboard Challenge, and that means this is your chance to build something of your own design! We will supply the building materials and basic tools all you need to bring are your ideas.
Not sure what you would like to build? No worries, we will have plenty of inspiration and support to get you started.
We will also have mini-workshops in making paper circuits and balloon animals.
Both of these could be applied to your cardboard creation or a separate creation-it’s up to you.
These workshops are taught by high school students in our Teen Leadership Council. This high school program is funded by a grant form the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County, with some support form the WE Energies Foundation.

HAWS is located just down the street from the Waukesha Expo Center.
Activities will include games and contests for all ages – humans and animals. Guests can enjoy yummy treats, view adoptable pets, meet HAWS’ mascot Lucky, and enter raffles and drawings to win great prizes. Pets are DEFINITELY welcome; those pets joining in the fun should be secured in a carrier or on a leash for safety.
Highlights of Party with the Paws include:
