With Daniel Craig currently filming everywhere from Mexico to Rome for his fourth reprisal as James Bond in Spectre, audiences have become accustomed to the actor's idiosyncrasies — at least when it comes to his material goods. The car will be Aston Martin; the impeccably tailored suiting, Tom Ford; the timepiece on his wrist: Omega.

Omega has been the crown jewel of the Swiss Swatch Group brand since 1995's Golden Eye with Pierce Brosnan, in which 007 wore the Seamaster 300M. For Craig's entry into Bond with 2006's Casino Royale they retained the Seamaster 300M, but two years later, in Quantum of Solace and then Skyfall, he wore a Seamaster Planet Ocean.

In Spectre, which premieres in November and marks the 24th Bond film, Omega has outfitted Bond with the limited edition Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M Master Co-Axial.

But no need to wait till then because we now have the watch in-store and online. And its a fantastic piece, perhaps even our favourite of the series so far.

Inspired by the Bond family coat of arms, the symbol has been beautifully integrated to create a dramatic but subtle pattern on the blue dial as well as on the top of the yellow central seconds hand.

Also yellow is the minute ring, the name "Seamaster" in script, and the magnetic resistance ">15,007 Gauss" on the dial.

Although we expect Bond to wear both an Aqua Terra and perhaps even a Seamaster 300 in Spectre, this new piece, which features the new Co-Axial 8507 calibre, has to be a highlight. Encased in a 41.5mm case with stainless steel bracelet, the most prominent feature is the oscillating weight of the movement. The rotor is cut and shaped to resemble a gun barrel visible through the sapphire crystal case back.

Omega has priced this collector's piece at £4630.00 and will produce 15,007 units — the amount, a clear nod to Bond's famous 'license to kill' number.

But don’t be disappointed, and don’t wait, they will sell out quickly. Even long after the release of a film, customers still walk into our showroom asking for the "James Bond watch."
