It can be a bit overwhelming to figure out exactly what you want, where to go and how to shop but I have got you covered!

Not only have I found the PERFECT place to do all of your Boxing Day shopping but I am going to divulge all of my secret tips and tricks to help make Boxing Day a breeze!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Toronto Premium Outlets to pre-shop their Boxing Day sales and I have to say I fell in love!

The Toronto Premium Outlets are THE place to check off everything on your wish list including those extra special pieces at an unbeatable price point. The TPO specializes in high-end luxury retailers with more than 80 stores in a beautifully designed outdoor setting. Each store offers between 25% - 65% off on a daily basis so just imagine how incredible the Boxing Day sales will be!

You can find prestige stores such as Michael Kors, Rudsak, Kate Spade, Coach, Ted Baker, Burberry, Fossil, Jimmy Choo, Tory Burch, Vince Camuto, Cole Haan, Calvin Klein, and Restoration Hardware. Of course, they also have the very best staple stores that everyone loves like Banana Republic, Aldo, Club Monaco, The Gap, Dynamite, Guess, J Crew, Nine West, The Body Shop, Ports, DKNY and the Cosmetics Company Outlet. To top it all off they have one of the only Saks 5th Avenue - Saks Off Fifth stores in Canada!

With such an incredible roster of stores, the options are endless so where do you possibly start? Well, after years of hunting down the best deals I have a few tips and tricks that I am dying to share with you!

Boxing Day Tips & Tricks

1 - Dress Comfortably!

Boxing Day can be a little bit hectic and it comes with long hours, crazy lines and tired feet. Make sure to wear simple pieces that are not only comfortable and breathable but can easily be removed or layered upon when you need to try something on. Also, skip the cute shoes and go for sneakers or comfortable flats that will survive a long day.

2 - Make A Plan & Write It Out!

Do your research before you go. Have an idea of what you are looking for, where to get it and what it might cost. Map out the mall and figure out what your action plan is so you can make the most of your time. Write out lists and keep them on hand so you don't forget anything!

3 - Shop Alone!

As much fun as it might be to shop with your best girlfriends, Boxing Day is best done by yourself. If you want to stick to your plan and accomplish every task on your list, try shopping alone. It will help you stay focused and you will all be happier at the end of the day.

4 - Bring Snacks & Water!

You don't want to waste precious time in a chaotic food court but it's also important to stay hydrated and keep your energy up. Pack a protein bar or a quick snack in your bag and bring a bottle of water or two.

5 - Stay Calm!

Boxing Day can be stressful for everyone involved. Not only will shoppers be in a rush but employees will be quite anxious. Take the time to step back, breathe deeply and remember your manners. It will help you have a more positive experience but it will also help those around you.

If you follow these tips and tricks you will, without a doubt, have a successful Boxing Day!

I was lucky enough to shop the Toronto Premium Outlets ahead of time and I scored some incredible luxury goods at prices that are out of this world!

If you are looking to treat yourself or a loved one with a beautiful luxury good like a handbag or a pair of boots then the Toronto Premium Outlets is the place to go!

I managed to grab a STUNNING bucket bag from Vince Camuto for only $154 (originally $310), a compact wallet from Ted Baker for $53 (originally $120) and a few other incredible steals that I would have never found anywhere else!

If you are in the GTA then I cannot recommend the Toronto Premium Outlets enough, make sure to check them out on Boxing Day and you will score beyond belief!

The Toronto Premium Outlets are conveniently located off highway 401 in Halton Hills and is easily accessible by regular shuttle from Union Station in downtown Toronto.
