SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KWQC) — Police are on the lookout for a man who was placed on escaped status after failing to return to a work release facility.
Officilals say 21-year-old Vicente Manzo-Hernandez failed to return to the Sioux City Work Release Facility from an authorized program meeting on Sunday, September 25, 2016.
Manzo-Hernandez was sentenced to 10 years in 2013 for intimidation with dangerous weapon. He was placed on work release following parole revocation on August 11, 2016.
Any information into Manzo-Hernandez’s whereabouts should be reported to the Sioux City Police Department or Woodbury County Sheriff’s Department.
