Kathy Robertson wants to become a certified medical assistant. However, after finishing most of her course at Rasmussen College, she found out they’re not even accredited in her program.
She’s spent 12 months and 15,000 dollars only to find out that she wont be able to take the certification test she wants, to get the job she needs. The medical assisting program is a new program at Rasmussen. The school they’re not sure when they will be certified. Now students must decide whether to graduate and put their career at a halt, or transfer.
Robertson and three other students have already dropped the program and are still waiting to hear if they’ll receive their tuition money back.
