Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Dates: The KROQ – Jimmy Eat World Pop-Up Offer (“Offer”) is valid during the KROQ station appearance on Wednesday January 11th, 2017 between the hours of 12:00 pm PT and 1:00 pm PT (“Offer Dates”).
2. Offer Redemption Directions: To participate in this offer, entrant must arrive at the location given by the KROQ Twitter or Instagram on January 11, 2017 between the hours of 12:00 pm PT and 1:00 pm PT. The entrant will be required to follow the KROQ Twitter or Instagram in order to receive the location. Entrants must also bring Jimmy Eat World memorabilia (tattoos included). Hand written or printed items do not count as memorabilia.
3. Prizes: A total of five (5) Prizes shall be made available with this offer. The prize is two (2) tickets to Jimmy Eat World at the Observatory on January 12th, 2017, and the approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $79.00. Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last.
4. Participation Restrictions: Offer is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, and who live California. Offer is limited to only one (1) Prize per person and per household. Employees of CBS Radio Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families are ineligible. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. General Conditions: No substitutions will be permitted. This Offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. CBS Radio reserves the right to verify identification. Unless otherwise indicated, all Prizes must be claimed onsite at the Appearance. Failure to comply with these requirements or failure to claim a Prize at this Appearance, will result in forfeiture of the Prize. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for Prizes, except that CBS Radio may, at its sole discretion, substitute Prizes of comparable value or cash. Each Prize is expressly limited to the item(s) onsite at this Appearance and does not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply. Decisions of the CBS Radio management with respect to the Offer are final.
