At my Kroger in Orange Tx has their version of Shout on white tag. I didnt get a picture, but it was 1.19. It was the Home brand they have.

There’s a huggies catalina good between 3/20/16 – 4/17/16. Buy $25 worth of huggies and save $5 on a future order. I live in West Virginia and my Kroger has snug & dry diapers on sale for $6.99 so I bought four packs and used two $4 off 2 huggies diapers coupons and paid $19.96 out of pocket and got $5 OYNO so only $3.74 per pack! There’s also a $2 off huggies coupon on coupons.com that would work too.
