Danny ClinchLast night, Lukas Graham performed their new single "You're Not Here" on Late Night with Seth Meyers, and tonight, they'll kick off their biggest headlining tour yet in Vancouver, Canada. The band's frontman, Lukas Graham Forchhammer, says fans can expect "an upgrade" this time around.
Asked how this tour will be different from the ones they've already done, Lukas says fans will get updated production values, and maybe even new material. "Possibly new songs," Lukas tells ABC Radio. "We're bringing a brass section on tour, we're bringing our light guy from back home, we're trying to do a little more of a experience this time."
"The last tour was small clubs, intimate atmosphere," he explains. "This time is going to be a little more hard hitting, a little more -- not glamorous -- but just a couple of lights, just to show that we've upgraded a little bit."
The tour marks a return to the spotlight for the "7 Years" hitmakers, who took a break and went back home to Denmark at the end of the summer so Lukas could welcome his first child, a girl, with his longtime girlfriend. The band also just released a new single and video, "You're Not Here."
