US News analyzed the 100 most populated US metro areas to determine the most desirable places to live based on job market, quality of living, desirability, and value.  Four areas of Texas made the top 25, which really, isn’t that great.  However, Austin rated very high on the list, coming up at #2 based on it’s “desirability.”  One shocker is that Houston ranked higher than DFW.  However, the cost of living in the Metroplex seems to be rapidly increasing, along with the traffic as more and more companies are moving their headquarters to our legendary economy.  The top 25 are listed below, but if you’d like to look at more detailed information, click here.
