We currently have the opportunity for a Digital Channel Support Lead to join our Channel Support team, taking ownership of the digital analytics function for the area, with an emphasis on deriving valuable insights from the available data to drive business decisions.
This role will see you managing business critical reporting, performing deep dive analysis of data within the consumer channels, providing analytics and reporting support for strategic projects, and building capability of the analytics and reporting function to enhance support to your stakeholders. This is a high profile growth area of Telstra’s business, encompassing a wide range of digital assets which includes one of the largest websites and one of the largest mobile apps in the country.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Background in digital analytics with an extensive background utilising Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Tableau;
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven success in engaging stakeholders and translating raw data into actionable insights;
* Proven ability in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and building capability of a digital analytics and reporting function; and
* A digital native mindset with a passion for the evolving digital landscape and a keen interest in emerging digital trends.
