Job Description
Reporting to the Group Product manager, the incumbent would be responsible for :
·Manage product portfolio to contribute to brand development

Job Description
With the support of a small team, the Senior Management Accountant will report to a Finance Manager and will be responsible for the full financial support to this manufacturing business. The role will be ultimately responsible for the production of monthly management reports including balance sheet reconciliations, consolidation of accounts and the analysis of business performance. You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate budgets and forecasts are produced and opportunities to save cost or improve processes are identified.

CA / CPA Qualified
Tertiary qualified in Accounting or related discipline
Experience within manufacturing environment
A breadth of experience in supporting a business function with budgets, forecasts and monitoring of costs

The Position:
CSIRO Energy seeks a Senior Research Scientist to join its world class Hydraulic Fracturing research team. Working closely with international research teams and industry, CSIRO is pioneering new applications for caving-type mining operations, gas drainage, geothermal reservoir development and unconventional gas stimulation methods.
In this Senior Research Scientist role you will be required to utilise a range of investigative approaches including laboratory and field experimentation, numerical modelling, and analytical methods in order to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of hydraulic fracturing with an emphasis on applications in coal seam and shale gas stimulation, Engineered/Enhanced Geothermal Systems, and novel mining methods. Simultaneously, you will further develop your leadership and management skills, with a view to take on significant research team leadership responsibilities in the medium term.
Specifically you will:
Undertake leading edge scientific research and contribute original ideas, concepts and strategies to achieve research goals.
Undertake application of laboratory and field experimentation, numerical and analytical methods to produce rigorous and useful research outcomes.
Collaborate with both external and internal partners in the deployment of new technology and in securing research funds.
Communicate the value and findings of CSIRO’s research via presentations, peer-reviewed journal, conference papers, and client reports.
Provide research leadership to colleagues, clients and students.
Undertake research project leadership including the coordination, allocation and management of resources (people, equipment, facilities, and funds).
Maintain active national and/or international research collaborations in order to access/share leading edge concepts and technology to advance projects. Identify trends in research and development and influence research directions.
Develop proposals to engage external partners in industrial research projects to the benefit of Australian industry.
Salary: AUD$127K-AUD$141K plus up to 15.4% superannuation

To be successful you will have:
PhD related to hydraulic fracturing or geomechanics and extensive relevant scientific or industrial experience;
Research experience in hydraulic fracturing, with expertise in at least one of analytical, numerical, fieldwork and/or experimental investigations as evidenced by research publications;
Communication abilities of a high order evidenced by presentation and negotiation skills and an outstanding capacity to express scientific ideas and findings in plain English.
Demonstrated stakeholder and project management ability.
Clear vision of high priority topics in hydraulic fracture growth research
You will also have experience and capability in research and people leadership.
