ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This full time opportunity requires a high level of phone and email based customer service, and it will suit someone who is passionate about Customer Service who has a desire to assist others. Our operational hours are between 6am-5.45pm Monday to Friday, and 7.00am-4.30pm Saturday and Sunday. You will be working full time (38 hours), on a rotating roster and some weekend work will be required.
As a Customer Interaction Consultant you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints and compliments
* Provide exceptional customer service in an inbound call centre environment
* Assist customers with online shopping and online order enquiries
* Respond to customer enquiries via email
ABOUT YOU
First and foremost, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service. In addition to this you will have:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Outstanding communication skills
* Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
* Ability to manage multiple tasks (i.e. able to interact via phone and input data simultaneously)
* Effective problem solving abilities (taking ownership for actions and using your initiative to get results)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Results driven attitude
