The role

The primary purpose of the role is to collect, analyse, assess and report on complaint trends and insights to drive business improvement which enhances the customer experience. The role will engage broadly across the organisation to embed complaint and service insights and identify systemic issues that impact our customer’s experience.

The role will also develop high quality, informative and influential presentations that support effective decision making by Senior Managers to support Bupa Australia to achieve its strategic and business objectives and support a cultural shift toward customer centricity.

Your background

Skills and experience:-

Proven ability to develop a database with structured and unstructured data

Highly developed technical skills Excel, Powerpoint, SAS, PL/SQL Tableau etc

Creation and delivery of compelling stories based on insights and trends

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in presenting to stakeholders

Strong investigative and research skills with a focus on attention to detail

Understanding of Health Insurance industry

Detailed knowledge and application of Bupa policies, standards and processes

A strong commitment and a desire to satisfy customer needs and complaints through providing a solution that balances the needs of the customer and the business.

Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

Privacy/confidentiality issues being discreet and sensitive to information
