YOUR CHALLENGE

We are currently seeking an SAP Support Analyst to join our Marketing Business Services team within our commodity trading business unit. Based in our Sydney head office, this role is responsible for supporting our SAP FICO users within a global operating model. You will resolve level 1 & 2 service requests within an ITIL context and conduct root cause analysis for SAP ERP application and operating environment issues. You will collaborate with the external support team to escalate support issues and for the implementation of change requests within the integrated Marketing environment.

Conducting system health-checks is an important element of the role and you will also manage application data and user administration. You will provide high quality documentation and other artefacts that are compliant with the ASAP methodology.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL: – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience developed in a business environment – Strong SAP financials background (FI / CO / AA / IM / PS) – ECC6 – Experience with New General Ledger – Hand’s on experience with SAP methodologies such as ASAP – Experience with service management processes such as incident, change and release management – Ability to do effective root cause analysis and recommend appropriate resolution – Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate to both a technical and non-technical      audience – Excellent analytical and problem solving skills – Ability and interest in cross training in other system administration roles such as BizTalk, CTRM support  – Ability to train End Users on an Ad-Hoc basis – Must be flexible – some requirement for weekend work during large upgrades

DESIRABLE: – Previous experience in an agri-business – Industry background in financial accounting – Experience using data refresh tools, specifically Attunity Gold Client – SAP certification – Exposure to Planning / Budgeting & other forecasting tools such as COGNOS TM1 – Experience in external system interface via Idoc / Idoc Management – Experience with solution manager
