Demand on our services has created an opportunity for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join a collegiate and high performing team full time on a fixed term (12 month) contract. This is a unique opportunity to pursue an area of property law that presents significant development opportunities for a highly motivated individual looking to take on the next challenge.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

Taking instructions from clients and drafting lease documents.

Managing your own file load from instruction to completion (under supervision).

Manage a large volume of files.

Liaise with senior lawyers and Partners in the team to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years commercial leasing experience gained in a reputable leasing practice.

Strong client management and communication skills.

An excellent working knowledge of commercial leasing processes and concepts in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and exceptional client service orientation.
