are currently seeking a new Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our
exceptional Operations team in our Sydney office.

Position Overview

The Senior Corporate Travel Consultant is accountable for completing all
aspects of the clients’ travel requirements on time, to their cost
specification and to meet or exceed their expectations of a quality service in
order to assist the Company retain existing client base and potentially win
new business through referrals based on the Travel Consultant’s service levels
of excellence.

Position Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining Department standards and goals ( ATT, ACW, and Quality).

* Ability to provide professional advice and accurate information to customers regarding the booking interface, booking challenges, and changes/cancellations to existing reservations.

* Follow company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer solutions to meet the customer’s needs.

* Responding to client enquires via email with a professional manner.

* Use proper documentation for each call and email, and provide priority wait-listing, preferred seat selection, and upgrade management as needed.

* Handling complex itineraries, research and solve problems related to reservations.

* Make recommendations to clients, including efficient and alte
ate routes, lowest available fares, booking class, exchange rates and travel
products and services.

* Consistently provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 5 years industry experience.

* Experience with one or more GDS systems and online booking platforms.

* Ability to read, define and apply Inte
ational tariff, fare rules, taxes, hub utilisation and explicit knowledge and
application of Inte
ational airline contracts.

* Ability to assist in all aspects of arranging and booking travel including air, rail, hotel, car, and alte
ate ground transportation, including strong aptitude and understanding for
booking highly complex multiple leg inte
ational itineraries.

* Traveller-focused with the ability to work effectively and professionally with inte
al and exte
al travellers.

* Strong problem solving skills/ability to empathize with customer.
