About the Role
An exciting five month contract role (with potential to extend) based in our
Melbou
e Energy Markets division, you will partner with the Revenue Operations Leader
and AGILE Project Manager to lead and drive the change in service delivered to
our valued customers.
As a trusted change leader, you will also be critical in the early planning,
coordination and execution of the project communications to inte
al stakeholders and supporting the technical and corporate teams in Energy
Markets, to facilitate the successful delivery of the strategic outcomes for
the AGL business.
Key Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with the AGILE Project Manager and Revenue Operations
Leader to facilitate project tasks.
Align with the technical operations of three SCRUM/AGILE teams and work with
the SCRUM leads to determine timelines, issues and accurate updates for the
business leaders.
Prepare, review and execute relevant project communications to direct
stakeholders and executive teams in relation to progress, changes or impacts
to the AGL business/customers.
Monitor the messaging and strategic outcomes of the project, through effective
business partnering with the technical, corporate and wider senior leadership
team.
Coordinate critical project meetings with the relevant stakeholders involved
in the project execution and outcomes.
Act as the central messaging point for all matters related to the AGILE
project and respond to all conce
s raised by the business, producing critical visibility.
Drive and encourage strong engagement and commitment to the project outcomes,
AGILE methodology and delivering a positive outcome for AGL.
About you
To be successful in this position you will possess the following:
experience as a Change and Communications Manager/Lead in an operations or IT
based project.
A demonstrated track record and understanding of the AGILE project management
methodology and commercial impacts on large scale businesses.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and
resolve complex matters through effective engagement.
Experience with managing digital change within a consumer based business or
environment, working with large scale budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication, in order to execute effective
business wide project messaging.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to be proactive in your
approach to deadlines and related strategic outcomes.
Demonstrated understanding of process changes, tracking project plans and
managing issues related to project deadlines.
