Description:
Boeing Aerostructures Australia, the leading designer and manufacturer of composite flight control components for commercial aircraft in Australia, is embarking on a significant business transformation program through implementation of an SAP ERP solution in combination with standard leading practice business processes.
This is your chance to be part of the exciting PSi2 program as it delivers a common SAP ERP solution for two Boeing international sites, transforming Finance, Supply Management and Business Operations using simple and standard processes and tools.
PSi2 requires a Technical Integration Lead on a 6-8 month maximum-term contract to support the configuration and management of the SAP environments and associated security infrastructure for the PSi2 Program.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of mission-critical interfaces from the SAP ERP system with Boeing US enterprise, Boeing local and external interfacing systems.
Lead development of interface design with US, BAA and External systems to Boeing.
Liaise with program Technical and functional analysts, system analysts, programmers and administrators to define and deliver systems integration based on the requirements document design specifications.
Apply recognised project management tools to plan and execute an ERP implementation
Assign work priorities, establish the critical path and manage the integration timelines of the program accordingly
Ensure charters, plans, schedules, risk registers, system dependencies deliverables are kept up to date.
Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for the ERP implementation
Work with Boeing IT to ensure appropriate ERP technical, architecture and hardware requirements are met per schedule
Manage Integration scope of work across ERP implementation including change management plans ensuring they are fit for purpose
Ongoing stakeholder management
Manage system changes across large, complex and diverse system landscapes using standardized defined methods and procedures for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to achieve program deliverables and targets
Key Requirements
Education and Certification:
Tertiary qualifications in:
Computer science, or
Other business related discipline, with significant IT experience
Project Management
Knowledge:
Detailed understanding of the operation and functionality of ERP systems
Understanding of manufacturing environments
Must have extensive and up to date SAP knowledge which includes ECC6, NW, PI/PO and Solution Manager
Skills and Abilities:
Must have strong fault investigation skills and the ability to make best practice recommendations
Must have strong communication skills to produce technical documentation, and collaborate between onsite and offsite stakeholders including vendors, systems integrator, internal IT, project staff and business users across multiple time zones
Must have a quality focus to contribute to internal quality assurance including compliance to internal IT standards, and independent reviews conducted by external organisations and follow up of actions identified
Must have ability to analyse situations and provide problem resolution
Experience:
Must have experience in supporting SAP implementation projects from start to finish
Must have experience in the setup of IDOC interfaces using SAP PI / PO
Must have experience supporting productive SAP environments, preferably in a manufacturing environment
This is a non-EBA maximum-term contract IJC (BAMAX4). The selected applicant will have a three month probationary period and have to undergo pre-employment medical.
