The Opportunity

A core Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions, Affinity meets the Insurance needs of small to medium sized organisations, associations and individuals across a broad range of industries. A key strategic partnership within our Affinity segment, HIA Insurance Services is a joint venture between Aon and the Housing Industry Association

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who will be able to provide support and ultimately develop within our team of brokers based in Hindmarsh. Your positive, and can do attitude will assist in the success of your role as a Service Assistant.

You will be responsible for:

Data Entry, focusing on data quality, accuracy and speed

Communication/liaison with clients

Support to Client Executives

Providing general administration support

Customer service

Documentation filing/archiving

About you

A highly motivated and polished customer service and administration professional, you will bring the following to the role:

Previous customer service or administration experience

High attention to detail with a quality focus

A hardworking and dedicated approach to team support

High levels of motivation and enthusiasm to learn and grow

A proactive approach and willingness to succeed

Strong organisational skills

Professional communication and presentation

This is a great opportunity as an entry level position with room to evolve and define your career path in the world of Broking. You will be someone who thrives on working on multiple tasks with the ability to work to deadlines when needed. This role also involves customer service, which would suit someone with a friendly and helpful disposition.
