Senior Marketing Manager

Nitro is an exciting, high-growth company in the rapidly-evolving digital documents space. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to play a critical role in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns and customer success stories for Nitros APAC region. This Nitronaut will report to the Director of Demand Generation based at Nitro Headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

What youll get to do:

Develop & execute a marketing playbook for programs to drive awareness as well as new logos/revenue for field marketing and sales

Drive monthly marketing calendar with consideration of key activities such as prospect events, content marketing, webinars, email sends, and integrated multi-channel campaigns

Function as a power user of marketing and sales automation technologies, in particular, Salesforce.com

Work with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of multi-lingual, global campaigns

Partner with sales and marketing to implement and optimize nurture programs

Regularly report on leads generated from marketing programs, including conversion rates and impact on pipeline

Work closely with the marketing operations team to handle day-to-day administration and configuration of marketing platforms, key dashboards and reports in Salesforce.com

Manage/maintain close partnership with Nitro sales team in Melbourne, and marketing pods in San Francisco & Dublin

Work with customers to identify, create, & publish success stories and testimonials case studies, videos, your proposed ideas, etc.

Serve as the local point of contact for our Australia PR team

What were looking for:

5+ years of relevant marketing experience

Ability to execute a B2B playbook: webinars, email marketing, prospect events, customer success activities

Previous experience in customer marketing preferred (case studies, blog, interviews, etc.)

Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms: Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.

Enjoy writing and/or working with customers to develop compelling stories

Juggling demands of a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple projects

A strong sense to collaborate effectively with teams around the globe in varying time zones specifically San Francisco, California and Dublin, Ireland

Experience with reporting a plus (ex: analytics, Microsoft Excel pivot tables)

Good sense of humor and desire to learn what it takes to be a Nitronaut
